• Checking and verifying the cost estimates from calculation aspect.
• Preparing of Project costing sheets & Cost Monitoring Sheets for multiple Projects.
• Co-ordinating and maintaining the records of all the expenses, including, procurement of local material, payment to Suppliers / Vendors.
• Monitoring the expenses incurred vs planned as per the costing estimates to prevent cost overruns
• Cordinating and maintaining the records of Billing and Invoices to the Client as per the Payment Terms & Conditions.
• Co-ordination and follow up on the Collections as per the bills raised.
• Recoincilation and preparing the final Financial MIS on Project Completion.
• Financial appraisal of company accounts
• Advising on the development of systems and procedures from a financial perspective
• Monitoring and reporting on financial management framework improvements
• To provide help and support of a financial nature to internal and external customers.
• Prepare financial and statistical returns for Government and other external bodies.
• Handling of/ advising on bank transactions like BGs, EMDs, LCs etc
